His career spans roles at Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, and Aldi, where he managed spend across categories ranging from capital equipment to Aldi’s well-known Special Buys.
James later applied this expertise in the hospitality sector, overseeing procurement for a group of 50 hotels across the UK, before becoming Vice President of Strategic Procurement – Europe at Buyers Edge Platform, a multi-billion-dollar US procurement group. There, he led large-scale sourcing and supplier strategies across multiple European markets.
